Have you packed everything?

• Helmet (compulsory)
• Mobile phone
• Cycling computer/navigator (if available)
• Cycling shoes
• Sun cream
• Sunglasses
• Wind waistcoat and arm-warmers (Well, will they be needed??)
• Rain jacket (Let's hope we don't use it!)
• Min. 1 spare inner tube in your jersey pocket
• Min. 2 more spare inner tubes in your luggage
• Swimming costume, towel and slippers (the beach is waiting for us!)
• Towel for the shower on departure on Sunday
