DINNER from 6:30 PM
(please do not arrive later than 8:30 PM)

For everyone who booked dinner at the hotel: there will be no fixed menu, and meals can be ordered à la carte.

As we will be around 40 people for dinner, I kindly ask you not to all arrive at 8:30 PM at the same time. If possible, please try to come a bit earlier and in staggered groups, so the kitchen and staff can manage all the orders more efficiently.

BICYCLES
For those travelling independently with their bicycles and who prefer not to leave them in the car overnight: exceptionally (and very kindly), we have been allowed to bring the bicycles into the rooms, even though space may be limited.

Let them in the protective bags and blankets to avoid any dirt or damage.
As the departure the following morning will not be from the hotel, but from the Sports Center in Neuenburg (approximately 7 km from the hotel), there is no need to assemble the bicycles immediately, since they will need to be loaded again anyway in order to reach the starting point of our ride.
